Interlibrary Loans

Woodbury residents can arrange to borrow books from other libraries by filling out an ILL request form that is available at the library.

Another service available to all library patrons is Connecticar which is the statewide library transport system that enables patrons to return items borrowed from one Connecticut public library to any other Connecticut library.

If you are considering this service, please be aware of the following:

You, the borrower, are responsible for the materials you have borrowed until they are checked in.

Fines of $1.00 a day will be assessed for overdue material until the value of the book as set by the loaning library is reached. In the case of historic or rare books there will be no excuse for failure to return.

Items received from out of state will result in a $14.00 charge.
