The Library is located at 269 Main Street South, Woodbury, which is also Route 6. Route 6
runs in an East-West direction between Southbury and Watertown. The building sits back from
the main road, behind a small brick building, and is identifiable by its columned portico.
The driveway servicing the library is located at the traffic light at the intersection of
Routes 6 and 317.
Coming from the West on I-84, take Exit 15 in Southbury and turn
left, and proceed under the highway. (Southbury Shopping Plaza will be on the right).
Continue East on Route 6 into Woodbury, going past the traffic light at the intersection of
Routes 6 and 64. Proceed to next traffic light, at intersection of Routes 6 and 317.
Continue into driveway as indicated above.
Coming from the East on I-84, take exit 17 beyond Waterbury exits and continue straight on
Route 64, which continues for about 10 miles to a traffic light at the intersection of Route
6. Continue down a long hill to this light (Wachovia bank will be on the right). Turn right onto Route 6 and proceed to next traffic light and continue as described above.
