Mother-Daughter Book Club
The Mother Daughter Book Club will discuss The Wedding Planner's Daughter by Coleen Murtaugh Paratore on Thursday, Oct. 2 from 6:30-7:30 pm. Members take turns "hosting a book" each month and plan book related snacks and activities. Please register!

Book Discussion Group
The library’s regular book discussion group will meet on Wednesday, Oct. 8 at 7 pm to discuss American Pastoral, by Philip Roth. The book group meets the second Wednesday of each month at 7 pm. Copies of the novel are available at the library to borrow.

Shivers and Shudders
Join us at the library for this free family concert with folksinger and storyteller Tim Van Egmond on Saturday, Oct. 11 at 1 pm Listen to spine tingling stories and songs. This exciting program is for children age 4 and older with their parents. Please register!

Young Adult “Pizza and a Movie”
Young adults in grades 7 and 8 are invited to get together with friends for "Pizza and a Movie" at the library on Friday, Oct. 17 at 3 pm featuring “Iron Man." Please register!

Day Trip to Boston
The library bus leaves at 8 am Saturday Oct. 18 for Quincy Market in Boston and leaves Boston at 6 pm. Round trip fee is $37.

Lunch Bunch
Lunch Bunch meets on Saturday, Oct. 18 at 11 am for children in Kindergarten to third grade. Children enjoy stories, games, and crafts. Bring a sandwich and the library provides the cookies! Please call to register.

Scary Saturday
Bring the family to hear a spooky tale and make a scary snack on Saturday, Oct. 25 from 11 am to noon. Please pre-register.

Books Talk, Kids Listen
Students in grades 4 and up… join our new book club! Members will meet and discuss the book Hoot by Carl Hiaasen on Tuesday, Oct. 21 at 6:30 pm and is available now at the library. Please call the library to register.

Scary Saturday
