To Renew Your Books Online
If you wish, you can renew your library materials online, as long as no one has placed reserves on them, they are not already overdue, and they have not already been renewed two times.

Please note that our museum passes may not be renewed and must be handed to a library staff member when they are returned.

From the above list, select “Rockville Public Library Catalog.”

When the catalog screen appears, select “My Account” from the options across the top.

Enter your library barcode in the box on the next screen.

When your account information comes up, click on “Items Out.”

The next screen will show all items checked out on your card.  Select those you want to renew by clicking in the boxes to the left of each entry.  A check mark will appear in the box after you have clicked in it.

Click on “Renew” at the left, at the top or bottom of your list.  The  new due date will appear for each item selected.

Please check to be sure that the renewal has been granted, as some materials may not be renewable.  Also check the new dates, as loan periods vary for items not belonging to RPL.
