Yes, there is.  It's called Library Elf.  Click here for more information.

May I place a hold on checked out materials?   If the item you want is checked out, you may place a hold on it, and the Library will notify you when it is available. You  may place holds by filling out cards available at the circulation, information, children's, or fiction room desks, by calling the Library at 438-2282 or placing them yourself using the catalog either in the Library or from home.  Be aware that if you have fines of $5 or more on your card, you must pay them before checking out material you have had held for you.

May I obtain books that Ridgefield Library does not own from other libraries?   If an item you want is not available here, the Library will try to borrow it from another library through interlibrary loan. Books can be requested by telephone (438-2282) or by filling out cards found at the circulation, information, children's or fiction room desks.  Be aware that if you have fines of $5 or more on your card, you must pay them before checking out material the Library has interlibrary loaned for you.
