Winter Solstice and Advent Traditions

In this workshop and reading, Southbury CT author and folklorist
Claudia Chapman will speak about the many ways in which Winter Solstice is
celebrated. Participants may actively learn songs and dances of
Great Britain and the Pueblo Indians or simply observe and enjoy the celebrations.

Lyme Disease

New Milford Public Library and the Lyme Disease Task Force will present the documentary film "Uner Our Skin". This film is an eye opener that investigates one of the most musunderstood and controversial illnesses of our time.
