Downloadable Digital Audiobooks

Download audiobooks to your PC or laptop and copy the files to your MP3 player. Choose from over 1900 titles including fiction, non-fiction and the Pimsleur Language Learning Program for foreign languages.

Requirements:

Step 1: Upgrade your PC to Windows Media Player 9 or above
Step 2: Make sure your MP3 Player is compatible (not compatible with iPod players)
Step 3: If you already have a NetLibrary Account, click on the icon below and enter your library barcode. You will be directed to the Netlibrary page. Click on the green Log In link in the upper left corner of the screen and enter your username and password. If you do NOT have a Netlibrary account, go to Step 4.

Step 4: Create your NetLibrary Account
First time users must set up a NetLibrary account. Click on the icon above and enter your library barcode. You will be directed to the Netlibrary page. Click on Create a Free Account in the upper right hand corner.

Step 5: Find and download an audiobook
Enter the author, title or keyword in the Basic Search field.
Click on Download this Audiobook.
Choose either:

Step 6: Specify how you want to download the file
When prompted to open or save the file, save it to your desktop
This file will be active for 21 days and may be renewed one time only
When you open the file for the first time, you will be prompted to enter your NetLibrary user name and password.
Once the audiobook file is on your desktop, you can transfer it to a portable device. Note: you must open the file first in Windows Media Player to acquire the license before being able to transfer it to your player.
