The Mansfield Library is

Library staff is expected to:

our policies and their rationale.

3. Follow established library practice when answering questions: check
source and not offer personal opinions or advice.
4. Evaluate patron satisfaction regularly and carefully consider all
patron suggestions.
5. Continuously search for service improvements.
