You may register for a library card either by coming into the library or by filling out the following form. Once the form is submitted, we will make up a card for you and you may pick it up within 5 days . Please call 423-2501 if you have any questions regarding this process.
When you come to pick us your card, please bring personal identification and proof of address.
A parent/legal guardian must be present when children pick up library cards.
